I joined my firm as a fresher with a hope that I can get SAP module. But I was put into another technology, since then I am looking for a chance internally to move to SAP. Now its been 2.5 years and am in a confusion whether to go for SAP or not. While going through different sites , I came across to this wonderful site where I got a hope that I will be getting help.
Can anyone of you suggest if I can take a big step i.e t change my career to SAP, how feasible it is from learning outside and securing job on it?
I went through so many discussions, with that positive energy, am posting this question.
Thanks.

Hi Maddy,
If you are interested in working in SAP and ready to work hard then you can surely go ahead and start learning any module of SAP that you are interested in. If you have a background in doing technical work then probably you may like (ABAP, BI/BO + HANA) and many other technical modules are there that you can explore and proceed. But if you are not interested in doing coding involved work and want to do technical administration then you may go for SAP BASIS. If you are looking into the functional side of SAP then take your time and read the articles that are available in SCN on functional modules and decide.
Cheers,
