We have been working with SAP since march and i still feel like we are new to it, there is just so much to learn and so much you can do, any tips or tricks in the plant maintenance area would be greatly appreciated

Learning is a continuous process! Even I also feel the same that there is still so much left that I can learn.

As you are saying that SAP is recently implemented you have all the grounds set to learn from day to day problems that the end users face. Once the processes are stabilized you can then focus on

advanced SAP PM functionality (e.g. such as SMS sending when a breakdown notification is created). Try to explore the unused features of SAP PM in your organization and suggest them as value addition. If the business gets benefited from that you all get the pleasure if learning.

I wish you all the very best!
