Hi khan,

If your subject which you taught at your organisation are related to Employee or HR, then it will be useful to you.

Even once you decided to enter into SAP world. you need to follow two points

1. Hard work

2. Good practice and addict to concepts asap.

If your interested to go with HCM, it might be good decision.

Thanks

Hello Ramanjaneyulu,

Much appreciate your motivating comment.

Yes, I worked in Staffing firm for many years, though I never worked as a HR but understand his roles and responsibility. I choose HCM because I wanted to use my exp. with SAP.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

if you understand about HR functionary's that makes bit easy for you to grasp course. But always keep on practicing the possible scenarios which you got from trainer and mean while keep follow the SCN Forum HCM forum. SCN forum have all real issues, by observing  those also makes you easier to understand the real time concepts.

Keep watching Blogs/Docs/Wiki which are related HCM during course. its eay to adopt HCM concepts
