Hi,
I have 2.5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement fields in telecommunication industry.
SAP - MM is a good decision and you already have background knowledge on that.
SD, MM modules are suitable to your prior experience and in that starting time itself you joined SCN, a great place created by SAP for improving and share knowledge to all professional from professionals.
Think of a big enterprise application and its functionality in your learning + practice time, so that it is easy to understand and helpful to your work in the future.

Good, started with certification (decision) as well.
Companies will consider your experience and skills, but for sap MM they may take you as a fresher.
If you have SAP MM projects in your previous company, then you may ask for shift. If you are applying for other companies - it will be start on MM.
Hope in the later stage based on your prior experience, you can be a business analyst.
Also there is nothing impossible with good efforts in all aspects.
Hope helps - Kumar
