Hi Eswar,
I think you are planning to move to functional side. Then you need to learn through training or on the job. It is not possible to read blogs or materials and become a functional consultant.
But if you are looking at technical ABAP side, then you don't really need to learn anything in HR to move into that module. If you are strong enough, you can move to HR module within the same company if there is opportunity or apply to any other company which provides opening in HR module. You don't need to worry about getting into such profile as I feel you are already strong enough in ABAP.

Leon

Hi Eswar,
I would suggest investing in one of the HR ABAP books available on SAP Press.
http://www.sap-press.com/search.php?search_query=hr+abap&x=0&y=0
While you may be able to find a blog here and there on HR ABAP, you won't get a methodical introduction like you will in a book or a class. Programming in HR does involve some idiosyncrasies that you won't face in other modules (e.g. more extensive usage of cluster tables) and a good foundation will pay dividends down the road.
You might want to look into either on site or distance learning from SAP.

In particular, WNAHRS, HR350, and HR940.
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
