      i am an sap ui5 consultant and working in IT industry?Will  u tell me what should be next approach(NEXT LEARNING CURVE) to get work in sap labs?

Try to become expert in your field.

Check if you are full filing all the eligibility criteria to come in SAP Labs. Upload your profile or subscribe for Job posting at Careers of S'Labs. And when you find any suitable opening according to your skill set apply for that.
