HI All,
I am a MBA graduate with Finance as Major and systems as Minor and currently working in a private bank.
I would like to start my career as a SAP Functional expertise and chosen Fico & CRM to start my carrer.
Could you all suggest which is the best module as per demand in the market , so that i can start taking training in that and become expertise and try my luck.

Everything is good in SAP market if you are good...
Yeah choosing SAP FICO is a good pick for you, you must having some logic and concept of finance so you can learn it easily.
If you want some material for the same then please be kind to search on Google..

Hi Chandra,
Thanks for the Quick reply. However when checked with oppurtunities i find CRM has has good oppurtunities than FICO.
FICO or CRM both are ok to me for training , but looking onto the oppurtunities side i see CRM has better scope for quick placement.
I had one more question to ask whats the basic differnce between SD and CRM and i also heard that SD is used by smaller firms and when it comes to Bigger Firms CRM tool is used.

Its not like that..SAP CRM includes several modules that support key functional areas like Sales..
But SAP SD ( Sales and Distribution ) is important module of SAP and handles all the processes of order to delivery.
More difference can be found here.. Differences in the Organizational Data in SAP ECC (SD) and CRM - SAP Documentation

checked with several friends and some institutes (Hyderabad) many of them suggest FICO or CRM would be good to move on and am in dilema in selecting CRM and FICO.
Considering my friends and other networks i see ppl who took FICO got less offers than CRM(keeping aside there hardwork and comunication as those matter most).
So if you can suggest me which one would be best match to me( am a good learner and can cope up with any module) between the two courses which would help me in getting Quick Job.

Hi Prem,
As per your background & current profile... Opt FICO...
It is very demanding module ... Opening are there..
Your finance background & experience will give you an edge among others & may help you in cracking interview....

HI Veeram,
Thanks for the respone, the main thing i consider here is quick placement and also the demand in market. When compared to both CRM and FICO i can see a ratio of approx 5:1 oppurtunities and also for FICO one need to experience in accounting background where as my work doesn't related to that and i can face some tough competition from CA's and CS guys who do FICO( through my investigation) .
So i think its better to go with CRM rather than FICO.
please advise if this is fine ,valuable suggestions are always accepted with a positive note .
Regards
PremSai

Hi Prem,
If CRM is more appealing to you then Go ahead... it should not be a problem.....
"i can see a ratio of approx 5:1 "
As long as I know FICO has very good demand not less than CRM....
All the best!!!

No Veeram,
I can see few examples in my case where as many of my frnds who took FICO one year back still unable to get into the market and ppl who are in CRM majority of them are in the market approx 95%(of course hardwork and luck matters) this made my attraction towards CRM. Have to check how i get through

Hi Prem,
It is very difficult to give the exact data who gets placed first ..
My experience is bit opposite.. I have seen FICO & CRM.. are very demanding & placement prospects are good for Both...........
What matters is your interest.,, hard work & capability to understand .... & sometimes Luck....
If you think CRM is good for you.. Go for it.... (Finally What matters is Job & one should be happy with it)
All the best!!!

Veeram
