MM Certification with SRM Business Process Testing experience

Hi Experts,

I am a B-tech Graduate and working in MNC Company My Primary Responsibilities include SMR and FICO  end to end Business Process testing  since 5.5 years.

Now I wanted to take up MM Certification and look into Opportunities in MM module as it will be implemented in every manufacturing Company unlike SRM Module which will be implemented only in large MNC Companies.

Wanted to check with you if it is good to take certification and the value that i will have on my resume.

I wanted to take this decision as the background of SRM is MM Module and thinking that I will get opportunities both in MM and SRM modules respectively.

Dear Ajay,

Certification definitely will add value to your resume however there is no job Guarantee.

Yes MM is a good option and SRM as well.

Since you have ened to end Business Process Knowledge it will add more value.

Try to learn MM or SRM and try to work as a consultant in your current organization to gain more experience and then you can shift if you wish to.

As this is hot topic in this community that certification is wastage of money and now again this question again arise with your question, definitely certification is value addition in your CV and your experience but not a job guarantee but as you are already working in MNC so it will help you to get involved in this module too.

As per my opinion if you are already SAP consultant then you can learn MM module by yourself because you are working  in FICO and SRM so it will be very easy for you to understand business process  of MM.
