Hi,

I Suggest you to go for SAP BO/SAP MM/SD.Since the Module doesnt require any coding.

All the Best

Welcome to SAP!!

As you are having engineering background + great domain experience construction industry , you can start with SAP - SD ( Sales and distribution module ) and later on can add SAP-ABAP ( SAP programming language ) .

All the best ..

My best suggestion will be better to stay in your current field only, I am totally confused why you wan't change your field having 14 years of experince.

I think this is not right time for you to shift from one domain to other, because if you want to change from one domain to other you will treat as a fresher , and salary will be less.

Here in SAP for doing one module and in that module you wan to be perfect  it will take hardly 6 months to 1 year .

Even if you are interesetd to learn SAP best SAP Module that suits for you is : MM/SD.
