Learn SAP for free?

I have had a lot of experience with custom ERP systems, custom HR systems, and Microsoft products. Although, having worked very closely with these systems I never got a chance to work with SPA over the years.

I would like to get some SAP experience but most companies will not take you on unless you have already worked with SAP.
So, how or where can I get free SAP experience online?

The certified consultant courses will take too long and cost too much.

Install yourself an SAP-Sytem to go and after that, there are a lot of good sites out there to get in touch with sap.

Use a searchengine

If you want to get more experience you have to join a company and I know, it isn't that easy to find one, but if you got a lot of experience in other ERP-Software there is a way to get involved.

So you have to set the focus more at that experience, which doesn't make a difference between the Software...

So good luck and perhaps you rethink the idea about visiting a course. That helps to get connections and sometimes also an offer...

What's the best SAP free system to install? Most of the ones I found on google are 24hr licences only

Netweaver, ERP 6, HANA?

Does netweaver have the HR and finance modules?

OpenSAP has 4 courses and it only seems to be for programmers?

I'm looking more at how to use SAP from the functional or Business Analysis side, not programming I think.

Yes it is. But what are you expecting from us. Above I explained how about getting in touch with SAP.

How would you get experience with such a system as SAP is. I mean, it is not a out of the toolbox-system and to get familiar with SAP you have to work with it.

All other platforms are very nice helping-hands, but nobody will recognize sentences about things like that in your CV. So, that is time wasting.

You need a position right in a company ( as mentioned before )

So, write your CV and you will get a part of the SAP-family.

BTW, searchengines keywords are: SAP practice online

When I think about myself, I'm working with SAP for years and still have a lot in front of me.

Perhaps I would say, I will learn till the last day I will retire.

Thanks.

I am still not sure which one to download though.

Why so many names?

HANA , Netweaver, ERP 6.0, etc.?!?!?!

I just want the system that you can do business systems like finance and human resources with

Make a call at your local SAP-House / third-party SAP House and ask if they share an IDES-System, all the local Systems come with no data and therefore you won't be able to see anything.

Normally, there are some, which share IDES-Systems to students and other interested people, to get a first view.
