You can check under Training and Certification Shop and search for your course.

Hello,

you have to specify the name of the certification. Then we are able to find the code.

But anyway, the easiest way is to search in Training and Certification Shop.

Anyway, I do not understand, how you could "have applied" and you did not know the exam code...
