In present market most of the customers are using BODS to pull data from non-sap system and load to BW. In some cases we will get requirement like, using BW system we will data to other systems.

Both are good modules.
BI have modelling, extraction, reporting as a process whereas BODS is a media to send data from SAP to third parties with its modelling.
We can send data from BI to other parties using BODS.
So no comparison between data association (BI) and transferring that data (BODS).
I can say BODS is easy to learn whereas BI has much scope for future.

I had been working in SAP BI for a year almost but then I have been cross trained in SAP BODI. Is it ok in terms of future growth of mine in SAP?

It is add-on for BI, dont think like you are going to some other module.
It has good growth, in many businesses data will move form sap to other systems. Keep your expectation of this BODS work like that. Dont leave BI fully keep that touch.

I guess SAP BODS and SAP BI are equally HOT Skills. Won't it be leverage if I have a command on both of these skills? Or Are there any such requirements in the market for these combo/duo skills together?

It is good if you have bods also with BI.
If business has need/reporting of their data in non-erp systems, then only BODS will come to picture and it is the necessity behind that module. Both have good scope in market.
