Hi,

I am a Business Graduate ie Bachelors of Management Studies (B.M.S.) from Mumbai University.

I have a Customer Service Experience of 5.5 years including Sales and Escalations..

I have hands on knowledge working on of IBM Siebel, Tallyman, People Soft Teen, etc

I would like to go for SAP CRM. Suggest alternative if you think that will help me.

I have had a session with ATOS. Are they good and should i go with them.

I will like to know if MBA is Mandatory for Doing by SAP CRM.

Nobody looks for an MBA.

Even if you have MBA from premier institute, if you do not relevant SAP skills, then nobody would consider you.

Even if you are a simple graduate, but you have good skills within SAP, companies would be willing to take you on board.

SAP CRM is not a bad option either.
