Dear All,

This is a discussion which is primarily for my own sake and secondly for people like me.

Well I am here to take few life saving tips from your huge tank of wisdom and experiences.

I have been an average student, have no achievements in life whatsoever.. but I have this feeling that

I am not some one who comes in this world crying and dies without leaving any foot prints behind.

Any way, I am that guy, now I am stuck in a situation where I am an MBA in Marketing and currently

working as a sales professional and every bit of my life screams everyday that I am not this. But I have

to go to do the job. Where I am again an average person, and its killing me like i have become a totally

suicidal case. I am just looking for an advice guys I want to feel as if i have done something in my life.

I have heard about SAP a long ago but couldn't dared, but now It's a bleak but still an option to sustain a life

with the feeling of self worth (i.e Master of an art, technology or skill) I would do everything to accomplish this task.

Qualification:

High School- 2000- 54%

Higher Secondary - 2003 - 65%

Graduation BCA - 2010 - 65%

MBA Marketing - 2012 - 65%

Am I eligible for becoming a consultant ?

If yes the which module should I go for ?

What should be the strategy to approach this situation ?

Please help!!

Regards,

Shwetabh

Hi Shwetabh,

never give up, as you don't know where destiny will take a foot ahead for you , as we are a human being , we have to tackle evey situation as a challange till we are breathing. So its my opinion that you should always feel free in taking risk if you wants a good future because if you get success everything will be bound to follow , but unfortunately if you are not able to succeed no matters because you have learnt manything that somehow will get reflected in another prespective.

Coming to your points, yes you can become a succesful sap consultant listen i have seen many people who have done MBA and working as a SD consultant, because being an MBA and working after it you must have enough knowledge for Sales and Distribution (SD), what you will need is how to work on sap in SD module, you have to know the process i.e. the life cycle in SD module, so don't hasitate i have seen your academics details, i don't think you will have any problem with it (exceptions are everywhere, as some companies have strict eligibility criteria).

So, search at google or in SCN you will get many links where you will get what to learn, please go through it and my best wishes are with you, if you have any queries regarding your future please feel free to ask, and yes one thing more it is quite difficult to get a job as a fresher in sap but as you have sales exposure never looks back, you will sure win.

Search for the SAP module SD. As you are in sales, you will be having the domain experience.

Academic marks/percentages doesn't stop you from achieving anything. In many cases, those who scored less become the best in their profession/business.
