Then i would say look for the some functional module in SAP. There are many Functional module in SAP, please Google about those and try to understand what is the use of those and do the market research also about current opening and based on everything pick a module.
All module have some opening and all module have good future scope.

Hi Krishna,
if you have worked on mobile applications, you might have familiar with coding, as Chandra has sujjested to be in SAP for mobile, i have only one issue to say that till date the market of sap in mobile is not so vast that you will get exposure in job hunting.
When it comes to your MBA degree, i wish you can opt for SAP CRM, because the other best module like SD, MM, FI/CO required core domain knowledge, in which i think you are not so much comfortable, and when it comes to SAP CRM, you can learn it as an added skills , but if in your MBA there is anything (Major/Minor) related to Sales and Distribution then you can also opt for SAP SD module, and it has more scope too, but tough to get a job as an fresher.

Hi Mr.Sanjeev,
In SAP CRM , i think again Functional and Technical modules are there .Is any prerequisites are required to learn CRM?
Is CRM functional is enough to get a job in SAP,other wise i have to learn both Functional as well as Technical?

Its not much better if you choose CRM at initial stage..
CRM is little much depend on SD module ..
If you have knowledge about SD module, then CRM will be much easier for you...
As you have short listed some modules..
I can more short the list for a initial stage..
SD/FI/MM
These are the very running module.. Now its depend upon you to choose one of them..
As per your interest, choose a module from these above 3 at initial stage..
When you will get little knowledge about one of these modules, then you can well choose other integrated modules..

Hi Krishna,
i have recommended based on your MBA exposure, i hope during your mba academics you will get some exposure towards Sales and Distribution, so i suggest you for SD or CRM.

Hi Mr. Dev Patra ,
you suggested me SD/MM/FI .Is any one module is enough to get in to SAP and survive in the market otherwise is it required to learn any combination of these three modules.
If combination required suggest be best combination?

Hi Mr.Sanjeev,
1)Is SD is enough to get a job in the market.
2)Is CRM Functional/Technical which is best, having more opportunities?

I have said, choose only one module at initial stage..
Then after 1-2 years try to engage with other integrated module..
Don't choose more than one module at initial stage..
When you feel you have the knowledge to learn other module, only then go for other module..

Hi Krishna,
SD alone a very good module because most of the industry requires SD consultant because SD totally encapsulate the whole process of maintaining database of Costomers and its concerns .
Whe it comes to CRM, you can also choose it if you likes it .

HI, is it necessary to do SAP certification to get a job in SAP for experienced people?
2014 Mar 22 5:42 AM
No.. Its not necessary.. but if you do certification, then it would be extra curriculum for your career...
2014 Mar 22 5:44 AM
No ,
its not mandatory to have certification, because having experience on real time project is far ahead
from that of certification, i have seen my people who are working for previous 10 yrs. or more and never take any certifications, and are at their career best level.
Certification only enriches your resume, if you have better real time exposure certification never matters.

Yes,
as most of the company having production and distribution channels they always required SD and MM consultants, so SD have more advantage and more jobs in market.
