Hi. I am Richa. I have just completed my Graduation with Honors in Finance. I have 3 years of work experience as an HR Executive and Admin Executive. I need to gear up my career at a real pace. I am planning to shift to SAP. I want to take up a suitable module. but I dont know much about it. Can anyone of you please help?

Hi,

You can make your career in SAP HR as you have experience with human resources management. As you have done bachelor's degree in finance, do some certification and then try to switch to SAP FI. i knew one person who was bcom finance, did some certification(don't remember the name exactly, probably it was ICWA). Have some knowledge if SAP FI and then try to jump. Its your choice whether you see yourself more proficient in FI or HR. But work ex in HR will be an added advantage.
