If I were interviewing someone to help me with SD, here is what I would ask:

1. What is your experience supporting SD?

2. How do you troubleshoot printing problems?

3. What are the integration points between SD and FI?

4. What are some changes in SD that come with S/4HANA?

5. What is your experience writing functional specifications for changes, output, etc.? Can you provide an example?

Even if you gain any knowledge from here, it won't help you as you need to provide necessary supporting documents of your previous employer. This is assuming that you don't have any IT experience as a Consultant. Please don't try with fake profile as it is always dangerous to your career. Be transparent and explain what you know. Companies are there to consider a profile like yours
