If every SAP BW job requires experienced consultants, how does a fresher get experience ?

Hi,

I'm new to SAP BW and HANA, learnt online. I have over 16 yrs of IT Experience in the US - I'm a US Citizen.

As I start looking for a job (in the US), every job posting I come across requires a minimum of 5 yrs experience in BW and 2 HANA Implementations (which I obviously don't have).

How does anyone get their first SAP BW /HANA job without lying on their resume ? I'm even willing to work for a very low salary, if that's what it takes to get the first job.

I'm sure everyone who is an experienced consultant today, was a fresher at one time.

Any advice is highly appreciated.
