Hi Sunny,

--> You have a sound experience in the field of recruitment.
--> MBA will be an added advantage as most of the IT companies looks for good academic background like post graduation in MBA etc. Not doing MBA should not stop you in getting a good job in IT company.
--> As far as doing SAP course in HCM is concerned, please ensure to do it from SAP Authorized training center. Please do check the SAP Authorized training and education center in your area. Do check for the faculty member who is going to take the course till it helps you to complete your SAP Certification successfully.
I think your academics+ relevant experience + SAP Course and certification will give you a required job prospects. Also please bear in mind that, to get the required job in SAP, in one of the esteem IT companies will require some time and hence do not loose your patience.
Hope this will be useful
Thanks and Regards

Hello,
You do not require an MBA actually. With your business knowledge you can pursue SAP HCM consulting, however you have to start with Trainee as a kickoff in SAP CAREER.
Try to get an trainee opportunity first then things will come into your way.

Hi,
1) At first try to find some opportunity in your present company since I have noticed many moving from core HR to Functional.
2) Secondly, there are some companies who recruit core HR people, gve them module based training and assign them to SAP projects accordingly.
3) Look for some opportunity drive in Consultancy firms.
