Hello,

I have several years of experience in Sales,Customer Service and last year I studied SAP CRM & SD now I want to change my career to SAP -SD / CRM Consultant. Looking for advice how to apply for SAP SD / CRM jobs.

I have been an end user of SAP - SD.

Thank you

Go for SAP SD first later you can go for CRM if you want. which would be more preferably combination.

SD with CRM will always preferable but not mandatory.

If you have learnt SD first later when you want learn CRM almost 30% is covered in SD of CRM syllabus. for example pricing is the key part in SD which is also available in CRM and also you will learn Partners data , Master data etc which are almost similar both in SD and CRM.

So better go for SD

thanks,

Srinu.

Hi Aruna,

If you want to take up CRM then decide whether you want to go to the technical or functional side. CRM is a good field, go through the other modules and see which one you like over CRM or is it CRM that you wish to pursue. BI is also a good module but see whether you like it or not before taking a decision.
