Hi Sagar,
First of all, Please go through The SCN Rules of Engagement
Coming to your question, its a general practice foe every organization where they recruit experienced professionals based on the certain bands. Most commonly 3 to 7 years is market standard hiring band.
Very rarely you will see any requirement which is seeking 1-2 years if experience.
As you mentioned you have about 1.6 years of experience, I would suggest you few things.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.

Amol

Can you please answer that why only 1.6 years of experience, I mean why you have left an already running job? Is it under a bond or relocation or something else? By the way, I have a few suggestions for you. I agree with Amol that 3 to 7 years is the experience required by companies mostly but you can try and even I suggest you to learn an additional course in SAP if you are interested.
The suggestions are:
1 - Post your profile on online SAP job portals. There are many, even I have a reference you can post your profile here - Create Profile - SAP BI Jobs
2 - Be in touch with the friends and colleagues who you have worked with during your 1.6 years job.
3 - Connecting professionals in SAP via LinkedIn can be a great option.
4 - Also you can check on web for SAP companies and can apply directly there via their contact forms or through Emails.
I hope these points are helpful for you. Best of Luck!

Hi Sagar,
Normally each company prefers candidates who has crossed 2 years of exp in one organization. You can circulate your profile in job sites, but i prefer you sit for another 6 months and get yourself equipped yourself more on these modules.
About your modules, its very unique SAP PM/PS, very less candidates are available with this combination (I am one in that ), you need to search companies / projects like Mining, Oil and gas, chemicals industry where they have these modules.
All the best
