How to prepare for the today's competitive job market? Question from a fellow SAP MM learner.

Respected Experts and seniors, I am an enthusiast and motivated SAP MM learner living in Dubai. I am seeking guidance on how to prepare myself to enter a job market. What are the qualities requiters/project managers are looking for from the candidates?Thank you in advance.

There is no fix parameter. If you are learning MM then you need to ask from yourself how much you know about the business process and how that business process can be modeled into SAP. Browsing SAP community is the best way to get different type of scenario and ask the question from yourself whether can you solve. Provide solution and read solution given by other to get the view of other.

As far as market requirement is concern, I have came across multiple case where the recruiter / interviewer are expert and know what to ask and what not to ask from a person who are new. so it all depend on who is taking your interview and what is his requriemetn and whether your profile fit into that role or not
