Hi,

I am SAP CRM certified Functional consultant working in SAP C4C functionality for the past 1 year. I want to strengthen my profile. What skill sets I should acquire to to advance my career in SAP consulting?

Hello Ruchi,

I would recommend that you try to perform the "C4C10 - Service" and the "C4C12 - Sales" certifications, both of them provide you a good understanding of these crucial c4c parts. You can also try to perform the C4C certification for integration.

In case you want something with less costs, I would recommend you to watch the c4c YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/SAPCustomerOD) and to read the c4c admin guide documentation.
