How to grow my skills in sap bi

i am fresher in sap bi i just completed my training recently and now i want to grow my skills in sap bi can some one help me for this any suggections plz send me some docs to help me

Unfortunately the best way to improve your skills at this point is to apply them. Without a job, everything you're going to learn will be academic at best and you've already mastered the academic aspects to some degree as evidenced by your certification. If you don't have a job doing SAP work, you need to focus all of your attention on getting a job, any job, at a company that is running SAP. You are not qualified, even though you have certification, to actually work on SAP BI until you get some overall work experience under your belt. Do your best to get as close as you can to BI, but I don't recommend holding out for a job actually working with BI as you could be in for a long wait unless you have experience you haven't mentioned.

Please look over the blogs available at SAP Career Blog Links, especially the Advice for recent college graduates. You will also find a blog there with links to web sites and books. I'm not saying don't continue to read and learn, I'm saying further academic work isn't going to help with your job search.
