Hi all,
Iam R.Chaitanya, working in Capgemini support and one rollout project for the last 3.5 yrs. In view of saturation (from various points like financial growth, skills growth, insecure future... ), iam looking for change in project. As per my assumption, if i can get in to an implementation project then it will be good enough to continue further. Iam strong in MM configuration, but on simply applying to Jobs, iam not getting reply as i dont have implementation experience earlier.
Can any one please let me know the way to get in to Implementation project. Any kind of help
1) How to design the resume
2) Showing Implementing oppurtunities
3) Skills to be developed.
Please advise accordingly.
thanks & regards

You may find it difficult to get some help here with your "stats":

...maybe if you start reconsidering your approach, we could get back to the topic...

Hi,
Till now i have not taken part in any implementatio project and i donot feel any diificulties. As far as i know support is much more diffcult than implementation and you can learn more in support projects.
iam not getting reply as i dont have implementation experience earlier.
This is not because of this reason . Nowadays all the requirement has this credential ( Implementation experience) . Dont give much importance to this . Try searching , finally calls will come . Having 3.5 years od experience you should be able analyze and do this yourself

Mention what you did in projects in your resume, you can demarcate each project
with configuration,support,user training,customization(special cases),achievements in a simple & clear manner.
