for this you need a Project In which you can work. And for work you need a job.
You didn't got any real time project from where you did your training ?

Dear, Don't loss hope and be confident..
If you are not getting any new development still you can work on some support project, so by this you can clear your concept. try to read and understand the old code it will help you to make your own concept and use the SAP best practices , If you find any kind of improvement in the code you can suggest also. Like this your all SAP concept will be brushed up and very soon you will got a fresh new development so that time you won't be required Google to find any solution..
just keep learning, follow the All links related to SD and try to solve them and learn from the others ans, you can follow SCN SD also for the same and keep updating yourself on Job Portal sites to find new openings in the SAP market..

"Old code"..."improvement in the code"...
Is veena a functional SAP SD consultant? or a technical consultant?
SAP SD functional consultant has to put his/her entire effort (early on in the career) on the various functionalities and related topics. Not read code or think about improvement at the code level.

veena,
"implementation experience" is not mandatory to get a job.
Implementation experience (designing of processes and functionalities) probably teaches the most to a consultant. And by this experience his/her skills are greatly improved.
Recruiters want candidates with good skills, therefore they ask for candidates with implementation experience.
SAP SD is about being an expert (in an area / topic / functionlity).
Having "OK" knowledge won't help.
Thus take a subject (topic) and study intensely. So that you can be a master in that topic.
Take Sales office -
1. Read the theory
2. Search for issues posted related to sales office (in SD forums)
3. Try to answer those, see the suggestions that members have given.
http://scn.sap.com/thread/3427592
Do this for every topic

Hi Veena,
You only one option is you can do practice on your IDES version as dummy project. Mean while watch on SCN ERP SD forum issues/blogs/wiki/docs.
When you go thru above, you will be familiarized with SD concepts and issues. Once your into job, easily you can under stand the issue and you can solve it if you at support project.
Always read and practice with scaniros of SD concepts. when ever you got issue, search for the same at Google/scn. thru help of Google/scn easily you can get rid of that issue.
if you have any frnds/relatives who work on same module and he/she was have option as working from home then take his/her help and get how real things was look like.Get all useful information from them. it might help you.
Thanks

Hi Veena,
In order to get real time experience it is only possible if you are working as a consultant and are working in a team with others who can share info with you. The other way is to learn while you are having a job in SAP. Now, it is clear that if you had a job then you would have already started gaining experience but since you don't have one, the best way you can get exposure to real time knowledge is by going through the posts where people post query about a issue they are facing and also reading those articles where a professional/experienced individual has shared his/her experience on a topic.
Cheers,

Hi,
Do get Real Time experience in SAP SD is by getting in Job without expecting in big package at least for 2 years either in small consulting company or any manufacturing company.
In fact you should find out list of company where sap implemented, Approach to IT department of such company either by phone or by mail.
Best of luck for future.
