Dear all
I have 10 years of experience in IT business analysis, project management and implementation in various applications like banking, telecommunication billing and ERP - Epicor.
I have zero experience in SAP.
Recently I was retrenched and thinking to attend SAP training to make a career change in SAP FICO.
How to gain SAP experience as all of the employers are looking for SAP consultant with at least 2 - 3 full life cycles implementation?

Hi,
First you need to Rethink why you have been changing to SAP when you have Rich Experience in Various Domains.
Second why did you Opt for FICO when your Relevant Experience is More Applicable to SAP-PS(project systems)
Big SAP Companies are also looking for people with Rich Domain Experience like you.

Gaining real time, on the job experience is subject to getting a job.
For now, learning thoroughly the SAP theory would be a very good investment.
Participate in the SAP FICO forums, it shall help.
Side comment: Have you asked yourself why employers are looking for implementation experience?
