I completed my SAP Certification in HCM on February this year. I was literally shocked when I went through the usual job portals that there are no opportunities available for freshers in this domain, I have a tech recruitment experience for about 23 months. I decided to make this transition so as to amplify my profile to a new level.
But it seems that I am not able to make headway at all in getting a job. There are very few companies or none at all who have opportunities for freshers in HCM, those who do have it pay money like sickles. What should my approach be when I look for jobs and how long it normally takes for a candidate like me to get into the professional industry?
