Learn configuration part SAP MM Configuration, Tables, Functional specs and understand the organisation requirement by asking question to users and be confirm that each steps like PR,PO creation, MIGO and MIRO, Month End Activity and grow from beginner level and dont skip and find any shortcut. All the best.

I would suggest learning from SAP training course and help documentation.
