How can I become a Learning solution consultant?

Hello all,

I am pretty new to this and want to know what would my friend needs to do move to LSO. she has more than 2 years of exp. in SAP PA/OM. Also, does it involve any sort of programming?

Take a course from SAP regarding LSO.

Jess,

LSO isn't all independent. Training and Event Management with certain new features in ESS Portal makes LSO. Do check what all submodules it integrate with.

If the person has background in Training/Event Management in domain, and good grip on PA/OM learning from help files or a formal training will do.
