How a SAP HCM end user / non programmer build career in SAP HCM.

Hi, Myself Vinod, I have done my Master Degree in Computer Sc.,weak in programming,1 Year Exp. in SAP FI-AP(SAP 6.0) (End User), 2+ Years Exp. in HCM-TMS(SAP 6.0) (End User), wants to became a SAP Cosultant, please suggest what should i do, step by step.

for becoming a SAP-HCM consultant programming not required.

Functional knowledge on HR is considered and since you already have exposure to HCM functionality as End User you can easily understand the HCM concepts and eligible for SAP-HCM consultant.

And if you are reluctant to join any institute then to build a successful career in SAP HCM you need to enhance the following aspects of your skillsets:
