Hi Pavan,
MTech helps you move into SAP ABAP but why don't check SAP MDG, SAP ABAP Webdynpro, SAP Enterprise Portal etc. SAP ABAP is basic which you need it but you trained on what I mentioned those skills. You will get a job immediately and stand out the crowd.
You can do anytime MBA correspondence or online or after two/three years. So, do not think anything other way just go with SAP MDG, SAP ABAP Webdynpro, SAP Enterprise Portal or SAP ABAP

No... What I mean to say that start SAP now itself instead of starting later. We can do MBA anytime in future but you can't step into SAP whenever you wanted (lack of interest may be).

Hi Pavan,
Higher education could be done once you have enough experience(3-4 years) of the platform. First, look at the new opportunities in learning new technologies, understand how the ERP works, and then do masters in the suitable area.
There are new technologies such as SAP HANA Cloud Portal, SAPUI5, which are very new in market and have bright future. Loads of document are available on the net.
First make sure what do you wish for as a career path, Management or Technical.
Nevertheless, Maters in SAP is a good option for technial and for management colleges under GMAT would be a wise decision.
