Are you are able to pay 2.5 lac and will you get it back after 3 years completion...??

But once you get into there is no way out of it until 3 yrs completion (Even if you get a good opportunity you will be not able to grab it). Over all conclusion, if you are desperate to work in SAP then it seems to be a good deal.

I don't need to have the money in my bank account, As per company i have to give them a check (without date)in favor of company.

if i move to other company before 3 years they will try n in-cash the check else take legal actions.

so the money is not an issue here.

they will return the check after 3 years to me(written in the offer letter)

one more thing is that the what will be avg salary of a sap consultant after 3 years????

and i am not sure which model i will be working on as its a small firm i don't know whether they will let me work on 1 model or ask me to work on different models.

Getting placed in SAP domain isnt easy, and dont look for the salary after 3 yrs becoz to learn sap ur initial 3 yrs would be crucial, so in my opinion it is a good oppurtunity for you.

Even though if they place in you nay model after all it is sap and u will always have the oppurtunity to learn. When you ask about average salary i would say people out there in the market are desperate enough to get a job. So think about it..!!! All the best.

I have already mentioned that getting into SAP is a great thing and whatever the module is don't worry just learn. In fact you are lucky enough to get in functional module, in beginning it would be difficult but eventually you will learn. Just go ahead..!!!
