Tushar,

With 2 years of experince in costing but no experience on SAP, you are essentially on the same level with a recent college graduate (fresher) with no experience. You might get some good information on how to proceed in the following blogs:

You might also find good advice in from this collection of blogs: SAP Career Blog Links.

Number 1 piece of advice is

Do NOT quit your job in order to get SAP certification!

You'll find several blogs under the SAP Career Blog Links from folks who made that mistake and regretted it dearly.

In the United States there is a parable about the hare and the tortoise. The moral of the story is Slow and steady wins the race. The same is true with a career in SAP. Shortcuts do not work. Build your skills slowly and steadily over time, be persistant, and you will eventually reach your goal.

I hope this helps!

Best regards,
