Hi Gurus,

I have completed my SAP HR course recenttly and i have 5+ years of exp in HR domain could any one guide me how to proceed further to find out a job in SAP HR.

you can apply for jobs as fresher in SAP HCM with 5 years domain experience

you can try for IBM

If I were you, I would get a book and start reading. With your domain experience you should be able to recognize the fields in the screenshots in such book easily, be able to understand how SAP built the processes you know from daily routine.. etc.
