Hi I am B.M.Shoban, I have done MBA with marketing in Hyderabad. I have more than 5 years of experience in Customer Relations for Real Estate Industry.
Here my request is, am I eligible to learn SAP or not? If eligible which course I have to choose? I am a newbie in SAP field. I have inquired many of my colleagues and friends, but it was created a lot of mess and confusion to choose the best one.
These are the answers I got from different people.....
Some say SAP CRM (for that you need SD/MM module back ground knowledge to learn CRM),
Some say SPA SD (which is covers everything),
Some suggested me why don't you go for SAP ABAP or SAP BI....!
Some say you don't have any technical back ground better to go functional course only.
Someone please help me in this to opt good module, which is having bright future. Your kind suggestion will be highly appreciated...!!!!
Thanks & Regards
B.M.Shoban

First Answer, Yes you can learn SAP or in your way, you are eligible to learn SAP.
Ok, as per your Question, you have discussed many people and got different answer, did you tried to open and read about those modules ?
Google about module posted by you and try to explore 'what is all about and what is the use of that particular module..?

Hi Shoban,
Looking at your exp....you can explore SAP CRM/ SD..... You may carry an edge in interview at times as compared to other freshers who lack domain exp........

Hi Mailesh,
seeing your experience, you can go for any sap module which you finds suitable for you, but main thing will be, you will get considered as a fresher in sap field, as me too working in a leading real state company, and what i am seeing there are many vacancies in real state in CRM .
So what i understands in if you will take initiation towards CRM , it would become advantages for you
with respect to functional module like SD, because SD requires not only core domain knowledge
about sales and distribution but also requires some depth knowledge in terms of manupulating it into sap system, where you may finds disturbing for you (because as you are 5 yrs. exp. has keep you a distance in terms of learning new technology, i am sorry if i am wrong, what i told you is just what i have judge in my life).
So, it would always be better to you to choose those fields in which you have domain knowledge
and also you have passion about it.
Best Of Luck
