Hi,
I have been working in a production support SAP project for more than one and a half year.Initially, I was working as a functional in SD module. I was not trained in SD, but learned the basic concepts. Since most of the functionalities are customized, business knowledge was enough to work in that project and I have not received much chances to explore more concepts of SD. Then suddenly I was switched to ABAP in the same project. Now I am working as an ABAPer and learned the basic concepts which is required to debug and find the issues. Since it is a support project, there is no much chances to write a code or develop a code.
I am really confused on which path I should guide my career. Is it good to learn new technologies like Fiori/HANA? Or shall I learn more ABAP concepts - if yes which concepts I should learn more? Which technology is good for career?
Please advise and guide.

Hi Anjali,
As you already worked in SD Module and now ABAP.(I am expecting in ECC side), I will suggest you to move yourself towards S4HANA . As you might heard of that all the ECC system will be eventually going to be S4HANA and this is going to be around for next 15-20 years,
Learn how SD functionality works in S4. Try to do some certification.
I hope this is helpful.
Thanks!!
Prem

Also forgot to mention, your ABAP concept will be fully utilized here.
