Good resume templates in Word for SAP

Hello,

I am soon going to prepare my new CV and apply for a job. I have located some creative resume templates for Word - I just love the modern designs there compared to other resume templates I have found online, so I think I will go for something like that. Should I? Or should I rather use a classic CV design (like a white classic one)?

Also, besides the design, I will have to work on the content, and that's going to be the hardest thing.

Can anyone refer to some websites where I can find good pre-made sentences for SAP, such as to fill up the skills, responsibilities, and so on?
