I required your guidance and assistance for my job career. I am having 8 years of experience in Customer Service handling. I am interested in development of experience of domain with IT. Shall i opt for SAP CRM or BI? Its my right decision for moving my career to IT with experience? Guide me

CRM and BI both are different BI is nothing but a organizing data in a structured Format and CRM is some what customer Relation ones, By seeing background experience i suggest CRM

Hi,

  As all suggested you can opt for CRM but you should also keep in mind of the market Situations.as most of the Companies not opting for SAP CRM due to heavy cost and licensing fee instead they are going for Salesforce crm ,morever you have more openings for CRM technical than functional.
