What is exact eligibility for SAP?

i just appeared for final year BE Mechanical and get passed in july or aug. 2013

i don't have any job experiance, only 1 month internship...

Dear Ashish,

Field of SAP is open market, opportunity driven field. There is no defined eligibility. Even SAP certification is not mandatory.

But on the basis of my own experience eligibility for SAP career are

Domain Experience

Patience

Financial Backup

Perseverance quality, and on top of all

Live project experience.

Without which one can not get through in the field of SAP.

Hi Ashish,

If I understand correctly then your query is "what are the prerequisites for stepping into SAP domain.

Now, there are many modules in SAP so you must first determine which module you are interested in and what is the market demand with respect to that module. Also, you must find out a good training partner for training if you intend to take training.

Since the job market is pretty botched up at present so you should keep searching for job and take a job that is offered to you as it will help you financially and will also add experience to your profile. Learning is an ongoing process so you can keep up your learning in SAP. It is very important to have domain knowledge and it is good to have business process knowledge as it helps in moving up in the ladder when you start working in SAP.
