Hi, I,m appearing for SAP interview shortly, My Bachlore degree are not from a regular course & i have about 18 years of exprience. Would it matter or would it impact in my hirirng ?

You have not provided enough information on where / which country, you are going to appear for an interview. It all depends on this. Yes, it is a fact that few IT firms insists for continuous education till your master degree but not all IT firms. All the Best.
