Hi all,
In my previous post I had asked about any additional course needed to do for a SAP AFS SD Consultant.
I got reply.. those are useful informations.
Now, I am asking does ITIL Certification brings any positive difference for the future growth ?
Waiting for the positive replies..
Thanks,
Siba

Hi Prasad
ITIL means Information Technology Infrastructure Library. This is not necessary for an SAP consultant in general. But ofcourse , this could be beneficial. I recommend you to do SD certification in SAP.
I am ITIL certified. But it can help us only when we want to be in management rather than in consultancy.

Siba,
ITIL would have been useful to you if you were in IT Operations Support for (Change Management, Incident Management and the other services under ITIL Framework). As you are a SD Consultant then it wouldn't help you much, instead if you take some course/training on trade regulation then it would be good as there are many regulator requirements when dealing with clients outside a geography.
Thank you,
Nagarajan
