Definitely fake.
Project implementation experience cannot be gained via Skype, you gain it by participating in implementation projects.
Getting HR letters for project experience when you have not participated in a project is a fraud, if you use such fake documents when you apply for a position, you will be committing a fraud. If you get caught, you will probably lose your chances to get a job.
And, please believe me, 2 months is not sufficient to gain the required knowledge to implement any SAP module if you start from a business role or if you have worked as a junior consultant several years ago.
One of the important assets of a consultant is clean name... it is just not worth it to take a part in the kind of practices described in the mail.
Even the choice of skills that they mention in the mail is outdated - ASAP instead of Activate, LSMW instead of LTMC/LTMOM, BDC instead of any other technique from the past 10 years... They even present S/4HANA as something new, come on...
And the knowledge of support tools means nothing if you do not know how to solve the actual problems, learning how to use SolMan or ServiceNow or Jira or whatever tool a company might have chosen takes a couple of hours at best, no respectable recruiter would even ask me if I know how to use Jira, they would ask me questions related to the area of expertise required for the job.
