Hi Amol,
This is good idea as I have been seeing many people moved from CA or ICWAI to SAP FICO. The ideal career choice would be SAP FI-CO but you can check these niche skills like SAP Financial Consolidation, SAP Grants Management for Grantor & Grantee which are not big scope but limited competition.
You can see less people in SAP FICO than any other supply chain modules like SD, MM, PP, LE etc. If you go to any interview, you can see only few people in SAP FICO interview.
Do some initial research and execute but without leaving your current job.

thanks Gopi,
But does it has any value addition to my career as currently and future and why there are less people for SAP FI & CO can you explain as why i am asking this because people from institute who are working as a Counselor are telling me there are huge scope for this.
My main aim to remove the stagnation from my career and proceed ahead. i also saw various job portal, there i not able to see jobs for fresher but for only experienced ones. I also hear that after few years there is update in SAP software, will it affect me, when will be the next update for the SAP software is.

Hi Amol,
I mean to say that if you see SAP SD four guys in a project but only one or two maximum will be there in SAP FICO. Always, there is a high demand in market for SAP FICO and when there were 5 people done certification for SAP FICO but in SAP SD there were 16 people completed certification. So, I am saying amount of volume will be higher in other modules compare to SAP FICO.
When you go for interview they prefer to take CA and ICWAI guys with SAP FICO certification. All our software companies prefer to take freshers who done CA and ICWAI with SAP FICO certification, If you are in India.
There is always update in software and hardware industries, so SAP is not an exception. You will learn along the path once you done a certification and get a job.
So, do not think second thought and you go and take the certification. I think, SAP authorized institutes will do a placement assistance, you will surely get in SAP FICO.
At any cost, do not leave the current job and go for certification. Just take one month off and complete the certification.

P.S
I given suggestion to check these modules SAP Financial Consolidation and SAP Grants Management for Grantor & Grantee. How is the current market?
