The market in India seems to be very restricted for Freshers in SAP PP. I have very less domain experience which is making the matters worse. Is it a good idea to complement my certification in PP with a related module like MM or APO ? Please guide me on this and please suggest any alternatives.
Thank You

Hi,
I would suggest you go for SAP APO. APO requires intermediate level knowledge of both MM and PP and is vastly used. Indeed PP consultants with more domain experience are preferred, as per my observation.

Hi Vivek,
Thank you for your suggestion, I have been thinking of APO myself and it's good to know I am thinking in the right direction. I will look for APO courses available. Also meanwhile is there any chance of gaining experience with a startup company albeit as an intern or for that matter as a volunteer?
Thank You.

Yes of course. Start ups are very good choice, except money . But if you want to learn and already have offer from any start up, I suggest you go for it. Bigger organization deploy 10 people to do 5 men's job, which is not the case in start ups. Few of my friends joined startup and they are soaring now. But be ready to handle immense pressure in start ups. Some of the bigger companies do a lot of background check if you are working in start up and want to switch. My previous organization offered very less as i was not coming from a CMM level 5 company. keep these things in mind and plan.
Best of luck..!
