Creating Training Guides in SAP

I created a few SOP's for SAP ERP PRD use in a warehouse. Mainly codes 331/ 341 (receiving), 412 (Queue)/ 414 (Warehouse Order) for processing and consuming HU's. Also 523 to "Box move" HU's and flipping Kanbans. I will leave a few snippets below, any feedback is appreciated.

I'm not familiar with SAP ERP PRD for warehouse use. However, I reviewed your documentation, and a pic/snippet is worth a thousand words.

I commend you for taking the time to develop a training guide. It takes time on the front end to draft the documentation, but the payoff is enormous. It allows for consistency across teams, allows new hires to get up to speed quickly, and we all have those moments when we do something infrequently and can't remember. Having up to date reference material improves productivity and allows employees to be self-reliant.

Thank you for the kind words. My whole reason for making them was to get people trained quickly, because it is chaos otherwise. Was there a specific function or code you are having trouble with?

I appreciate you asking. The only issues I’m experiencing are MS 365 related. The new Outlook, Templafy, and integrating AI. Taking training courses has been helpful.
