Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're asking a question here for the first time, I recommend you to read this overview:

https://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers and to take our Q&A tutorial at: https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/community-qa.html.

With these tips you'll be able to prepare questions that draw responses from our members. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to answer your question. Hello - please review some of the free courses at open.sap.com

It depends on your background too; are you interested in development? There are free tutorials at developers.sap.com

If it is more functional, please review some of the S/4HANA courses. I also recommend business analysis training at PMI.org for functional team members

Good luck

Of course, you don't have to code when using SAP products, but if you can write some ABAP it can be very, very helpful in your SAP career.
