Change the module from SAP HCM to?

Dear All,

Just a query...is it wise to change module? I am an SAP HCM Consultant, with 3 years of relevant experience now. So I want to shift from my module. Will it be a wise decision? And if I change, which module should I go for?

Hi,

Its not Good decision to change the Module,theres lot to Explore in SAP HCM.

Neverthless you can Extend the Knowledge to Other  Modules
