I like to change my career life, and I do SAP HCM Certificate, but because I have no experience I can't find any chance for job or intern.

Please can any one help me?!!

Hello Halla,

I would suggest reading articles and books on SAP HCM if you may find it. Or else you may tag your profile with SAP HCM here on community network to get to know more about HCM capabilities.

Please see if you can attend virtual or classroom sessions on SAP HCM and from their, you may get more details on certifications.

Certification is one of the chance that you might land up with an interview call. Also to suggest, Try to think about SAP SuccessFactors now, as most of the companies are moving to cloud version of HCM. Once you certify (either on SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors ) please post your certification or a message to your LinkedIn profile for visibility to respective consulting employers and independent recruiters.

Thank you for your reply.

I did my SAP HCM Certificate on 23 Feb. 2016, and I posted it on my LinkedIn Profile, but as I wrote because I have no experience on SAP till now I can't find anything to start with SAP.

Really I am happy with my SAP certificate, and I believe that it's one of my best achievement in my life.

I will think and plan for SAP Success Factors.
