Change career to SAP HCM Functional Consultant

My domain is in HR within Energy & Industry sector in Qatar. I had 25 years' work experience in HR covering the entire employee full life cycle (from hiring to separation). In 2015, I was involved in the SAP HCM implimentation project of ESS/MSS, Travel Management, Time Management integrated with 3rd party software, PY conversion to local version, etc.

I'd like to become a Functional Consultant. What training courses do I need to attend? Is there available free resources for me to avail? Is there internship available in SAP? Your advise would be much appreciated.

I would look at SuccessFactors - and there are some free courses at open.sap.com - good luck
